Paul Chau

Paul has over 20 years of venture capital, private equity, consulting & technical experience.

He has served on the Board of DivX (NASDAQ IPO), USI Insurance Corporation (NASDAQ IPO, later acquired by Goldman Sachs), Maxic Technology, Ultriva (acquired by Upland Software) and LogicEase (acquired by CoreLogic). 

Paul was formerly at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), where he directed private equity and venture capital investments in the U.S. Before joining GIC, he was a Senior Consultant with BARRA, a financial consulting company for pension funds and money management firms. 

He has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Canterbury.
